Pricing Accuracy Policy

SaaS pricing changes constantly — plans get restructured, promotional pricing comes and goes, and vendors occasionally change features between tiers without announcement. This page explains how we handle pricing information and what you should do before purchasing.

How We Verify Prices

Every article on BizAppReviews is researched from the vendor's official pricing page at the time of writing. We document:

• Standard monthly and annual billing rates
• Per-seat or per-unit pricing where applicable
• Promotional discounts that are active at time of publication
• Any known upcoming price changes disclosed by the vendor

Each article displays a publication date and a “last updated” date. These reflect when the pricing was verified. Prices shown are the best available information at that date — they are not guaranteed to be current when you read the article.

Why Prices May Be Outdated

We publish dozens of articles covering tools across many categories. We cannot monitor every vendor's pricing page in real time. Common reasons a price on our site may differ from what you see on the vendor's site:

• Plan restructuring — vendors merge, rename, or reorganize plans periodically
• Promotional pricing expired — introductory discounts are time-limited and we may document them during the active period
• Regional pricing differences — many SaaS tools charge different rates by country or currency
• Annual billing changes — the discount percentage for annual vs monthly billing changes at vendor discretion
• Mid-year price increases — vendors may increase prices between our content review cycles

Always Verify Before Purchasing

Do not make a purchasing decision based solely on a price shown on BizAppReviews. Always visit the vendor's official pricing page immediately before purchasing to confirm the current price, plan details, and any active promotions. Our articles are research aids, not real-time price trackers.

Our Content Refresh Process

We review and update articles on a rolling basis, prioritizing articles where pricing changes are most likely to have occurred. When we update an article for pricing accuracy, we update the “last updated” date in the article header.

If you notice a pricing discrepancy between what we show and what the vendor currently charges, please let us know — we take accuracy seriously and will investigate promptly.

Affiliate Commission Rates

BizAppReviews participates in affiliate programs for many of the products we cover. Commission rates vary by program and can range significantly — some programs pay flat fees, others pay a percentage of sale, and rates change over time at the vendor's discretion.

Commission rates do not influence our editorial coverage. A product that pays a higher commission rate does not receive a more favorable review, higher ranking, or prominent placement as a result. Our rankings and recommendations are based on our evaluation of the product's value, features, and fit for the use cases we describe. We cover products that pay no commission at all when they are genuinely the right recommendation for our readers.

We do not disclose specific commission rates in individual articles, as rates change frequently and such disclosure would require constant maintenance. What we do disclose — in every article — is the existence of the affiliate relationship itself, in compliance with FTC guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
